1. Xampp یا وب سرویس دیگری برای php و mysql نصب کنید.
2. composer  را دانلود و نصب کنید.
3. در محیط PowerShell یا CMD دستور زیر را وارد کنید.
4. composer create-project --prefer-dist laravel/laravel Peoject_Name
5. رنگ قرمز اختیاری و نام پروژه می باشد
